Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges however we do provide refunds if you have received an incorrect item or the product is damaged. 

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item please contact reception@goldtooth.com with details of the product and the defect including supportive photographic evidence if applicable. 

If you are entitled to a refund we will refund the purchase price using the original method of payment. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
